Ouch my neck. Or pain in the neck.

While working on the little Mako 20, I jumped off the bow 2 times and had a delayed spasm on L side if C5-6 resulting in numbness and a dull ache for my L arm. It seemed to respond well to trigger point release and E-stim on accu- points. My neighbors have been trained, and provided me with treatment. Oh what a relief. After two treatments I have 0/10 pain to report after 4 days! No more jumping from me!
